Office Policies

Cancellation Policy — New Patients
All Initial Naturopathic consult visits are secured with a valid credit card. Initial Adult Naturopathic visits cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice (2 business days) will be charged $100 and all Initial Pediatric visits cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged $65 — except in the case of family or medical emergency or inclement weather. If a new patient does not show for his/her appointment the same fee as above will apply.

Cancellation Policy — Returning Patients
Returning patients who cancel their cranio-sacral or naturopathic follow-up visit with less than 24 hours notice (1 business day) will be billed for half of the visit fee except in the case of family or medical emergency or inclement weather. Inclement weather rescheduling exceptions are based on road safety and not school closures.

  • No-show appointments for current patients will be billed for the full price of the visit.
  • For Monday appointments or appointments following a Monday holiday, cancellations after 12pm on the preceding Friday will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Late cancellation fees will be applied to the credit card on file.

 

Dispensary Policy
Unopened dispensary items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund except for refrigerated items such as probiotics and Fruit Anthocyanins. Custom homeopathic remedies may not be returned or refunded. If a patient has an adverse response to a supplement such as GI distress or other signs of an allergic reaction or sensitivity to one of the supplement ingredients, he/she may return the opened supplement and receive a refund within 30 days of purchase. Special order items may not be returned for a refund.

Patient Privacy Policy
We hold your health and contact information secure, private and confidential. Patients will document their permission in writing before any of health information is shared with another healthcare provider or family member.
