Cancellation Policy — New Patients
All Initial Naturopathic consult visits are secured with a valid credit card. Initial Adult Naturopathic visits cancelled or rescheduled with less than 2 business days notice will be charged $175 and all Initial Pediatric visits cancelled or rescheduled with less than 2 business days notice will be charged $125 — except in the case of family or medical emergency. In the case of inclement weather or mild illness, the visit will be changed to a televisit. If a new patient does not show for his/her/their appointment the same fee as above will apply.

Cancellation Policy — Returning Patients
Returning patients who cancel their cranio-sacral or naturopathic follow-up visit with less than 24 hours notice (1 business day) will be billed for 50% of the visit fee (charged to card on file) except in the case of family or medical emergency or inclement weather (for cranio-sacral appointments). Naturopathic follow-up visits will be changed to a televisit in the case of illness or Inclement weather. Inclement weather rescheduling is based on road safety and not necessarily on school closures.

  • Missed or forgotten follow-up appointments will also be charged 50% of the visit fee.
  • For Monday appointments or appointments following a Monday holiday, cancellations after 12pm on the preceding Friday will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Late cancellations can be changed to a televisit if a patient is unable to attend in person.

Dispensary Policy
Unopened dispensary items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund except for refrigerated items such as probiotics and Fruit Anthocyanins. Custom homeopathic remedies may not be returned or refunded. If a patient has an adverse response to a supplement such as GI distress or other signs of an allergic reaction or sensitivity to one of the supplement ingredients, he/she/they may return the opened supplement and receive a refund within 30 days of purchase. Special order items may not be returned for a refund.

Patient Privacy Policy
We hold your health and contact information secure, private and confidential. Patients will document their permission in writing before any of health information is shared with another healthcare provider or family member.
